HA | Wisdom Wellbeing offers one of the UK’s leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, designed to provide confidential support for employees and their immediate family members, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is delivered by qualified counsellors who offer guidance on a wide range of personal and work‑related matters.
A key part of the service is the Wisdom App, a wellbeing platform that includes:
- Live chat access to trained counsellors
- Informative wellbeing articles
- Daily mood, hydration and activity tracking
- Exercise videos
- Nutritional recipes
- Guided meditation sessions and calming audio features
Eligible dependants aged 16+ who live at the same address as the employee may also access the helpline and the app.
EAP counselling provides short‑term support to help individuals manage challenges that may affect their wellbeing. Support may be offered by telephone, through online channels, or face‑to‑face, depending on availability. Where appropriate, individuals may be signposted to external services for additional help.
The service includes access to:
- A confidential stress helpline
- Structured telephone counselling
- Guidance on tax‑related queries
- Eldercare and childcare support resources
- General medical information
- Legal information (excluding employment law)
- A wide range of online wellbeing tools and assessments
Wisdom Super Care builds on the Core EAP by offering an expanded wellbeing package that includes:
- Virtual GP access (in partnership with Livi), providing convenient remote GP appointments
- Menopause support line, offering dedicated guidance on menopause‑related topics
- Enhanced counselling provision, offering up to 12 sessions per issue each year
- Work Health Assessments for up to 25% of your workforce
- Four personal coaching sessions, focusing on resilience, leadership, wellbeing, and performance
- Two Mental Health First Aid (MHFAider®) training places per year
- Occupational Health Assessment, offering additional workplace health support
